We start with a comprehensive session to map your practice, identify opportunities and set a clear direction forward.
Monthly 60min Strategy Sessions
Focused sessions to refine your offers, messaging, marketing and next steps – all tailored to your practice. Choose either 60mins monthly or 30mins fortnightly, or a combination of each. You can record the calls for future reference.
2 x 30min SOS Calls
,You’ll never be stuck or on your own, with extra support when you need it most. Use your SOS sessions when you’re stuck or need clarity or direction,
Ongoing Support
Ongoing support via our chosen channel (message, text, email or Whatsapp), so you’re never on your own trying to figure things out.

How we’ll work together
This is a six or twelve month mentoring experience, duration selected by you during checkout/signup.
We begin with a 90min deep-dive into your practice, your goals and direction to create your strategy. Then we work through each stage step by step.
Between sessions you’ll implement clear actions, supported by the portal and with chat support from me if you need it.
Each session is practical, strategic and tailored to your business, so you’re always moving forward.
Your Inclusions
90min Strategy Deep Dive
We start our sessions with a 90min one-to-one where we go deep and define your goals for the duration of our time together.
60min Monthly Sessions or 30min Fortnightly Sessions, or a combination
A 60min Session every month, giving you time to implement between sessions. We focus on your primary goals for your business and your growth. Strategic discussions with clear action steps, we may work on your roadblocks, creating and optimizing systems, your marketing and content, your energy and flow, or any other area you need to focus on. Every session aimed at alignment, flow, progress and ongoing momentum.
Need more support? We can do 2 x 30min sessions every month, or a combination of both 60min and 30min to suit your progress and actions.
30min SOS Calls
During your mentoring with me, as well as your monthly 60min sessions, you also get 2 x 30min SOS calls. These can be used anytime you need extra support, get stuck or need more direction. This is on top of your ongoing support.
Priority Weekday Business Hours Support
You have support between sessions for questions and clarity, via our selected platform (messenger, WhatsApp, text or email).
If you would like higher level support, with “outside of hours” help, marketing audit and ongoing support with marketing copy, offers, content and more, you might like to consider Amplify, the highest level of support HERE.
Resources & Portal Access
One-to-one clients have access to the online learning portal and all resources in it. Marketing, strategy, business planning, mindset and more. Access whatever you need, whenever you need. I’ll point you to specific resources as needed, to help accelerate your progress. You retain access to this platform for your time in the mentoring (your access ceases the day your mentoring ends).
Personalised Guidance
Throughout our time together you’ll get personalised guidance as I deep-dive your business. I will offer strategic direction on marketing, offers, pricing, business model and more, all aligned with your goals and where you’d like to practice to grow. Every session is tailored to your practice and your stage of the journey, meaning your mentoring sessions and support meet you exactly where you are, and grow with you. No two practitioners mentoring are the same.
Record Your Sessions
Access to record each session (if you choose) for future reference. As I focus on your personal accountability, I do not record your sessions or provide session notes, but you are welcome to record and take notes as you please.
