It includes one x 90min live mentoring session on Zoom, that you can record if you like.

There are two workbooks to help you – one arrives before your session for planning purposes, the other afterwards to help you map your 90-Day Roadmap.

You also receive 7 days support for questions relating to the session, via email.

Please book your session within the next 60 days. There is usually time in the diary within 2 weeks of signing up.

After payment you’ll be directed to the calendar to book your session.

If you have issues finding a time that suits there are contact details on the page to reach out to me. I can usually open up something that suits you.

Sessions are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Evening slots are not available unless arranged prior.

Sessions not booked and held within 60 days are forfeit and not refundable.

Yes, there is support vial email for 7 days after the date of your session.

Email support is limited to what we discussed on the call and the creation of your 90-day roadmap.

We cannot discuss new ideas or other concepts beyond this.

You are welcome to record the session on your own computer. I will ask you when we begin if you’d like to do that.

There are no refunds but you can reschedule with 24hrs+ notice.

You will receive contact details after sign up to contact me if you need to reschedule.

Practice Growth Intensive — Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings for the Practice Growth Intensive with Cassandra Duffill (“Mentor”). By purchasing or scheduling a session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Payment

Your Practice Growth Intensive is confirmed once full payment has been received.

All bookings are made via the designated online booking and payment system.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are ex GST.

2. Session Validity

Your Practice Growth Intensive must be booked and attended within 60 days of purchase.

Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited and are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment using the booking link provided.

Requests to reschedule within 24 hours of the session time may incur forfeiture of the session at the Mentor’s discretion.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice (a “no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, or unused sessions.

5. Session Delivery

The Practice Growth Intensive is a private 90-minute mentoring session conducted via Zoom.

Your intensive includes:

• One 90-minute private mentoring session
• A pre-session planning workbook
• A personalised 90-day action plan developed during the session
• Seven (7) days of post-session email support for clarification questions
• Optional session recording

6. Client Responsibility

You are responsible for attending your session and completing any preparation materials provided.

The value and outcomes of the session depend on your participation, implementation and willingness to take action.

7. Confidentiality

All information shared during your session will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

From time to time, de-identified examples or case studies may be used for educational or marketing purposes. No personally identifying information will be shared without permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Practice Growth Intensive provides mentoring, education, strategy and business support.

No guarantees are made regarding business performance, client numbers, revenue, income or specific outcomes.

You remain solely responsible for your decisions, actions and results.

Nothing provided during the session constitutes financial, legal, accounting or other professional advice.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, frameworks, templates, recordings and supporting documents provided as part of the Practice Growth Intensive remain the intellectual property of Cassandra Duffill.

These materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, distributed, sold or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Agreement

By purchasing and participating in the Practice Growth Intensive, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
