Many business owners assume indecision is harmless.

“I’m just waiting.”  “I’m being flexible.” “I’m staying open.”

• mental exhaustion disguised as lack of motivation

When decisions are clean your energy consolidates, your focus sharpens and follow-through becomes easier. Consistency stops feeling forced and your business starts to feel more in flow.

It’s choosing — and allowing – your system to relax after the choice has been made.

This is why decisiveness feels powerful. And why people trust decisive leaders, even when they don’t consciously know why.

It says that I trust myself, that I’m available for what I’ve chosen and I’m no longer negotiating with my own confidence or leadership.
