Waiting for what? For someone to tell you it’s okay. For validation from an expert. For proof that it’ll work before you launch it.

You are waiting for permission.

The hard truth is, that permission never comes. Not from your mentor, not from your industry peers, not from the market. The only permission that matters is the one you give yourself.

My invitation to you today, is to identify one thing you’ve been waiting for permission to do in your business. Write it down. Now ask yourself: “Who am I actually waiting for approval from?” Be honest. Is it a mentor? A competitor? The industry? Maybe you are waiting to get past your own fear?

Next, ask: “What would I do if I had that approval right now?” Write that down too.

Now do it. Not perfectly. Not when you have all the answers. Just do it. Start with one small step. One email. One offer. One conversation. The permission you’re waiting for comes after you start, not before.
