We’ve been sold a story that leadership is about output; that we need to become the one who does the most, knows the most, gives the most. But that version is outdated. Soul-aligned leadership is different. It’s not about leading for people, it’s about leading through your purpose. It’s understanding that your nervous system is the strategy, your alignment is the marketing, and your presence — not your productivity — is what creates momentum.

Every business owner in every industry is a leader, in one way or another. You may think that if you run a small business, with just a handful of clients in your local community, that you’re not a leader. But my friend, you actually are. Even leadership in small ways can have huge ripples of impact and change.

That is why we need to step into the leadership energy and lead from alignment. Forget the should’s or the could’s, and forget what everyone else is doing. It’s about being clear on YOU, what you want to do in your business and how you want to go about doing it.

In this way you are aligned, and your energy sets the tone. You don’t hustle to attain outcomes or reach your goals; you become the environment where they’re inevitable.

Many learn this the hard way. When you overperformed, push too hard or act outside of alignment with who you truly are – you under-receive. You’re in a state of “pushing” instead of “magnetising”. The moment I you can stop chasing what others expect of you, what the world wants to see, and instead start to calibrate to your own truth, the right clients will began finding you.

When you are aligned, you are authentic, and instead of pushing you start radiating – because you are standing in your truth. This is when your tribe can finally arrive.

Here’s your challenge friends: audit your schedule like a frequency detective. What tasks amplify your energy? What drains you but you keep doing because you think you should? Make one micro-shift today – release one “should” and expand one “soul yes.”  In this small way you can start to align your business to who you are, what you want to become and how you want to show up in the world.

Your leadership isn’t built by adding more. It’s revealed by removing what’s not aligned.
